ORDER PROCESSING

All orders received by 11am CST will be processed the same day.

 

SHIPPING

Free shipping on domestic and Canadian orders.

At the moment, we do not ship internationally but recommend ezGlobalShop.

Please note: ezGlobalShop is an unaffiliated, third-party forwarder. Shipping with ezGlobalShop is at your own risk. ESPEROS SOHO is not able to locate your order after it is delivered to ezGlobalShop and is not responsible for shipments lost after delivery to your forwarding address.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please return or exchange your unused item in original packaging within 30 days of purchasing. Original packaging includes product with no signs of wear, hang tag, dust bag, and invoice. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet the mentioned conditions.

Please note: All items on sale are sold as is and not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Online

Returns are welcome, but a $10 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the original order.

No exchanges are offered online at this time, however, we’re happy to help you select a new bag. Please reach out to hello@esperossoho.com with your order number for a UPS return label. We will process the return as quickly as possible.

To avoid the shipping and restocking fee, stop by our retail store to process your return/exchange. If you would like to ship your return with a different carrier, please ship with a tracking number and insure your package. Please reach out to us for the return shipping address. The shipping and restocking fee is waived when shipping via your own method.

In-store

Returns are accepted in-store within 30 days from purchase with receipt.

If receipt is not present, we must be able to locate the record to continue with your return/exchange.

 

WARRANTY

Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis. If your item was purchased less than a year ago, ESPEROS SOHO will reimburse up to $50 to have it repaired at your local repair store. At our discretion, we may replace the bag.

Warranty excludes wear and tear damages done by customer including stains and scratches. Our handbags are handcrafted with vegetable tanned leather without a synthetic seal. This means that each skin is unique and possesses variations in color and texture that are susceptible to scratching.
