          CORPORATE: 

          Director, Public Relations (Austin, TX):

          This position will be a key role within the marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of PR, developing key messaging and communications, and managing media relations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

          • Creating, planning, and delivering a leading PR strategy that addresses all tenants of the company’s business
          • Working with the CMO to define key pillar events
          • Building strong product PR campaigns
          • Product seeding to industry influencers
          • Increasing editorial coverage in national and key markets
          • Utilizing PR, press, and communications strategies to position ESPEROS in a positive manner
          • Working hand in hand with all internal departments to ensure consistency of message across campaigns
          • Developing all press materials
          • Fielding and responding to press inquiries
          • Seeking relevant opportunities to engage in conferences, panels, and speaking engagements
          • Planning key events that support larger marketing and campaign strategies
          • Defining success metrics within larger brand strategy

          The ideal candidate:

          • 5+ years with proven expertise undertaking a similar function within a similar industry
          • Excellent written and verbal skills
          • Proactive, energetic, organized individual with exceptional people skills
          • Strategic thinker
          • Ability to collaborate and build strategic partnerships and relationships
          • Open to relocation
