      RETAIL: 

      Store Manager Role (Austin, TX):

      We seek to add a Store Manager to our growing team. Qualified candidates will have an excellent attention to detail, be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and be able to work independently. You will primarily work in our retail boutique as well as assist with other client service needs by phone or email.

      This position requires evening and weekend hours. You will start with a base hourly rate + bonus structure if the store goals have been met each month. You must be a team player, be very responsible, a self-starter, detail oriented, and take pride in a job well done.

      Along with, 4-8 years of retail experience and 4+ years in a managerial role. Preferably within the fashion retail industry; luxury retail experience is a plus. 

      What You’ll Do:

      Sales Generation:

      •  Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
      •  Develop store management and associate’s sales techniques
      •  Actively manage clientele program
      •  Identify business opportunity areas in individual store and market
      •  Collaborate with all departments to implement business-driving strategies

      Customer Experience:

      •  Maintain floor presence to assist customers and monitor client interaction with both team and technology
      • Manage and oversee weekly In-Store events
      •  Identify future customer opportunities by understanding product and service requirements
      •  Maintain extraordinary customer experience feedback and report weekly to Sales Director and CMO

      Operations:

      •  Maintain consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store
      •  Provide real­time and weekly feedback on technology functions, operations, and experience
      •  Uphold seamless store operational policies and procedures
      • Proven ability to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business in order to drive sales results
      •  Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization

      Merchandising/Visual

      •  Direct merchandising presentation strategy in alignment with brand and concept standards
      •  Ensure the selling floor reflects the brand and concept standards at all times
      •  Provide real-­time and weekly feedback on product, identify business trends and sales performance to Sales Director and CMO
      •  Ensure inventory levels and product assortments meet customers needs

      We seek to add a Retail Sales Associate to our growing team. Qualified candidates will have an excellent attention to detail, be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and be able to work independently. You will primarily work in our retail boutique as well as assist with other client service needs by phone or email.

      This position requires evening and weekend hours. You will start with a base hourly rate + bonus structure if the store goals have been met each month. You must be a team player, be very responsible, a self-starter, detail oriented, and take pride in a job well done.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Demonstrate initiative and a sense of urgency in "selling floor readiness" prior to the store opening
      • Be a part of weekly In-Store events
      • Ability to drive sales and build repeat clientele

      What You’ll Need:

      • 1-2 years of sales experience, Preferably within the fashion retail industry; luxury retail experience is a plus.
      • Retail / Accessories Industry knowledge, great work ethic, and able to deliver exceptional customer experiences in store.
      • Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change, high-growth environment.

      CORPORATE: 

      Director, Public Relations (Austin, TX):

      This position will be a key role within the marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of PR, developing key messaging and communications, and managing media relations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Creating, planning, and delivering a leading PR strategy that addresses all tenants of the company’s business
      • Working with the CMO to define key pillar events
      • Building strong product PR campaigns
      • Product seeding to industry influencers
      • Increasing editorial coverage in national and key markets
      • Utilizing PR, press, and communications strategies to position ESPEROS in a positive manner
      • Working hand in hand with all internal departments to ensure consistency of message across campaigns
      • Developing all press materials
      • Fielding and responding to press inquiries
      • Seeking relevant opportunities to engage in conferences, panels, and speaking engagements
      • Planning key events that support larger marketing and campaign strategies
      • Defining success metrics within larger brand strategy
